Wonderful

the staff was outstanding, the beach and pools were perfect. The food was adequate, the buffet and the burgers and jerk chicken by the beach were our favorite

Amazing for relaxing and having fun!

Hotel is amazing! Beach is really good, location its perfect. Staff was really friendly! Night shows were good. Loved the Italian and Asian restaurant. Lunch and breakfast at world cafe were also really good with several different options.

Some bar tenders did a really good job, others not so much.. but they did have good drinks including 12yo whiskey

Breakfast area could be larger with more variety in order to avoid congestion and long lines. Some food stations were totally not visited; the food choices (breakfast) should be revisited. The toilet door could be more secure (sealed). Perhaps, more spraying of the property to prevent bug/mosquito bites.

Perfect for couples

I loved the view , the cleanliness, all day room service , peaceful many things to do

The check in process was terrible. Arrived at 1 did a 15 minute walk through process was told we can explore return at 3 to check in. Returned around 4 only had 3 people in front . Room was not ready after waiting 45 minutes in a hot lobby with no air. Finally got to us and said they were checking on room. Check in process is not structured at all

Wonderful

The food was good, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was very nice.

You could tell that the hotel was a bit older in comparison to the accommodations at Breathless. It was still a nice room, just caulking and tiles showed signs of repair in the bathroom area. The drinks could have been stronger at certain bars as well.

The grounds were immaculate, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to go to the Foam party at adjacent Breathless resort and had a great time. I traveled there solo and had a wonderful time. The day was filled with lots of great activities for the day and evening. The Unlimited Connectivity App that the resort offered was very useful. It kept me informed about the resort activities. I travel to Jamaica often, however; this was my first time staying at a Secret's resort. I can't wait to return!

This place is relaxing!!Enjoyed every second of my stay! If you like the night life than this is not the place for you,but there is 1 day out of the week where they have a beach party! Which was a good, drinks dance all the good stuff. The all inclusive is definitely worth it, the food in all the restaurants are great!

I loved that it was truly "All Inclusive". Lots of variety food wise, I was always able to get a seat on the beach or the by the bar. The staff and resort itself was amazing. It was beautiful and all the guests were enjoying themselves. I got the impression this particular resort was full of couples so of course they socialized among themselves and with other couples.

The staff was amazing and made us feel like family. The views and entertainment were also spectacular!! Jamaica honestly brought my girlfriend and myself much closer in our relationship and I’ll forever be grateful that we visited. We look forward to returning many times in the near future. Mariah was our server our used of orchid everyday we were hanging g at the beach. She’s the sweetest woman that we have ever met! Christine at breathless also was amazing and we couldn’t get enough of her. Making us laugh and feeling like we are family. Lloyd our server at blue mountain grill is also a great person. Very personable and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were at home. We can not wait to return!! We love ????????

The smell of the lobby was amazing, the beds were so comfy but they best thing about this resort(s) is that even though it is 2 resorts combined it did not feel crowded at all. The resort was so big u wouldn’t even believe there was probably 2000 people there with you.

I had fruits and coffee ️ for breakfast I ate at blue mountain restaurant the oxtails wasn't cooked, the escovitch fish was very dry seems it was fried, ialso had jerked chicken which was way off wasn't done properly
